Founder
Lena Lodzinska is an executive coach and facilitator with three degrees, in psychology, business and communications, and four working languages. She helps leaders and organizations navigate growth, complexity and change.
Lena founded Inside Out Global in Barcelona in 2012, after an international corporate career in marketing and sales with Yahoo!, Deutsche Telekom and Hill & Knowlton. She brings these disciplines together to translate insight into practical, sustainable action. She has delivered more than 1,000 hours of coaching and development programs.
